Our company will gladly accept returns for DaintyBeautyUSA.com products and the detail descriptions are list below:
To All International Buyers: we do not response for any tax, duties or broker fee. Any undeliverable/returned orders, shipping charges will be under buyer's cost.
Damaged Products:
All claims must be made within 7 days of the date of shipment (with invoices) for all deliveries. The claim can be initiated by our DaintyBeautyUSA.com representative. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. DaintyBeautyUSA.com will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period. If you decide to file a claim with the shipper directly, you must notify us to receive proper credit or replacement.
Defective Products:
DaintyBeautyUSA.com offers a 7-day (from date of shipment) replacement or credit policy for defective products. Prior to returning any item, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective. Customers who do not want an item repaired or replaced can request a return authorization, however a 15% restocking fee will be accessed to cover testing, repair, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Items found not to be defective may be subject to additional fees.
Non-Defective Product Returns:
All non-defective & unopened returns ("Buyers Remorse" or "Wrong product ordered") can be returned within 7 days if returned unopened and undamaged, for credit less shipping and 15% restocking fee.
General Return Information & Guidelines:
All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns not accompanied by a RMA number will not be accepted and will be refused delivery or shipped back to you at your expense. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days only. All items must be repackaged in original condition as received by you. If you received the package double boxed, it must be returned in this manner. We will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. We regret that we do not refund original Shipping & Handling fees with the return. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.
How to make a return
To request a RMA number, please send us a request by e-mail or contact us by phone. Please describe the reason for return or exchange and be sure to include a valid phone number that our representatives can reach you at if we have any questions.
Packaging your return
All returns or exchanges must be safely packaged in the original packaging and be shipped via an insured and trackable shipping method. If you received the package double boxed, it must be returned in this manner.
